Thank you for shopping with Treasure Trove Co.! We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Refund Policy - the basics

30-Day Refund Policy You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

How to Request a Refund: Please email us at treasuretroveco@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • A photo of the item, if applicable

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Digital downloads or gift cards

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error)

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please request a refund and place a new order.

Shipping Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
